New MD for Caring Homes
Caring Homes Group are delighted to announce the appointment of Tracey Fletcher-Ray as their new Managing Director. Tracey joins Caring Homes Group from Berendsen PLC, where she was accountable for strategic leadership of the healthcare business. Prior to this Tracey worked for Bupa Health Clinics where, as Managing Director, she operated as a member of the Bupa UK Board. She led on the delivery of acquisitive growth and spearheaded a transformation and modernisation agenda. Tracey initially joined Bupa as a senior leader within the Elderly Care Home business, both within the UK and internationally. Tracey has an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
Tracey, who commenced her appointment with Caring Homes Group on 12th February, is heading up the Caring Homes division, using her wealth of expertise both as a leader and in the elderly care sector. Tracey will work in partnership with Julie Mason, Senior Operations Director who has extensive experience and capabilities in the social care sector and the new Operations Directors Adam Wilkins and Darren Kennedy, to push forward our Well Led Together strategy.
Tracey’s arrival at Caring Homes signals a significant turning point; the implementation and embedding of the Well Led Together strategy will now accelerate and drive us closer to our goals.

Tracey will be working closely with Adam Wilkins and Darren Kennedy, Operations Directors for Divisions 1 & 2 respectively. Adam came to Caring Homes from Boots Pharmacy and brings with him a great track record in leading teams across a multi-site organisation, resulting in exceptional levels of service delivery and commercial results. Darren has most recently worked with Lloyds Pharmacy and is also highly experienced in a leadership capacity. Darren is a strong advocate of coaching colleagues to enhance performance and has supported teams during organisational change.
