Beechcroft launch a collection of luxury apartments at Hampton Manor

Beechcroft has been creating award-winning developments in Surrey for the last 10 years so when the company launched a collection of luxurious apartments for sale at Hampton Manor in Godalming on the first Saturday in February, the sales team expected a good response. The response was actually overwhelming with 38 groups of potential home buyers visiting the sales and marketing suite on the first day. Two of the new homes were ‘snapped up’ immediately with plenty of interest in the remaining apartments.

“We were delighted to welcome so many people to our sales office and show home at Hampton Manor,” comments Angela South, Sales & Marketing Director for Beechcroft.

“Hampton Manor is a lovely development, located close to Charterhouse School in a peaceful and attractive residential area. This collection of new and converted apartments combines the best of new and period style – the original building is Arts & Crafts style and the interiors are classic with a contemporary twist, featuring high quality fixtures and fittings. Each new and converted home provides outside space – either a terrace, balcony or private garden – or a combination of these. Private gardens as well as the mature, beautifully-landscaped communal grounds are maintained by the estate management service. It’s not really surprising that two of the apartments were reserved within the first few hours.”

Hampton Manor, unlike many Beechcroft developments, is not designed exclusively for the over 55s. The Victorian building, formerly the Manor Hotel, has been carefully restored and converted by Beechcroft’s Special Projects Division to create an exclusive collection of just 24 spacious and luxurious, two and three-bedroom apartments. As a Special Projects’ development, there is a minimum age of 16 for full time residents – which means that Hampton Manor, offers a peaceful lifestyle within a community of like-minded people with an estate management service on hand to make life easier. The Estate Manager handles the day-to-day administration of the development, the gardening of both private gardens and the landscaped setting and keeps an eye on properties whilst owners are away.

Prices currently range from £550,000 for a two-bedroom, second-floor apartment with a balcony to £685,000 for a three-bedroom, ground floor apartment with balcony and terrace.
