New operations support manager joins Kingsley Healthcare Specialist Services

Jan Heti, who trained as a Learning Disability Nurse, has joined Kingsley after 37 years of wide ranging experience in the care sector.
She is currently overseeing learning disability services Decoy Farm, in Great Yarmouth, and Wisteria, in Ipswich, as well as specialist end-of-life care home Eversley, in Great Yarmouth; in the future she will also have an oversight role at the company’s other two learning disability homes, Glebe Farm, in Cambridgeshire and The Laurels, in Lowestoft.
She was a regional manager for many years, both in LD and elderly care services, before more recently working as a training manager.
She said: “I wanted to return to a management role and was attracted by Kingsley’s family values.
“My aim is to ensure we maintain a good service across all our homes with a focus on individual care; I also want to bring greater prominence to specialist services as an important part of Kingsley’s operations.”
