Nursing and care home is rated Gold

By

Hoar Cross Nursing and Care Home proves it is worth its weight in gold after being awarded the Investors in People Gold standard.
The standard is based on a high level of proven quality and attainment in relation to the management and leadership of people and the delivery of business and organisational success.
The assessment findings reported that people consider there is an open and honest transparent culture, strong leadership that is inclusive and gives direction within the home that supports best practice and good quality care.
Kathy Cleaver, registered manager RGN at Hoar Cross nursing home said: “We share one vision and this is very much about ‘Caring to be better’. To achieve this gold standard is an exceptional achievement and a credit to management and staff who work together to deliver only the best care to residents.”
Hoar Cross Nursing Home occupies a magnificent spot in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside. It offers first class nursing care for long and short-term residents, as well as respite. The home is registered to provide care for residents with physical disabilities, dementia or at end of life.
