Topping Out Ceremony marks major milestone for new luxury care home

 A topping out ceremony at Rivermede Court Care Home, Egham marked a milestone of the £9.7m building development – the completion of the external building work. The new luxury care home, based on The Avenue, is part of the Cinnamon Care Collection which has recently been named by as one of the Top 20 Care Home Groups in the UK. It will be open to residents in Autumn 2019 and is creating up to 80 new jobs in the area.

The topping out ceremony took place after 60 weeks of construction work. Next steps are to focus on the internal building and design to create the luxurious 80 bedroom care home, which will include superior facilities such as a hair and beauty salon and a cinema room.
